It has a range nutrients from the B-complex family, such as riboflavin, B6, and folic acid. @Viranty - That's one thing that I like about fruit so much. Even if you don't like the fruit itself, you can always add it to other things for a much better experience. I like how you mentioned putting bananas in your cereal. It definitely completes the nutritional aspect of it, if you ask me. To be honest, I've never liked the taste of bananas. However, I still eat them on a daily basis. As the article states, they are very healthy and have lots of potassium. On another note, though I don't like bananas when I eat them by themselves, I usually prefer to mix it in with something.

For example, sometimes for breakfast, I will take a knife and spread a banana in peanut butter. I love it. Other times, I might add them to my cereal, for a boost in taste.
