Whole grain breads, whether homemade or store-bought, can be toasted for a quick and easy breakfast, and toppings such as cheese, salsa, eggs, or even peanut butter can be added to give a boost of protein and make them even more filling. With a little bit of effort, it is possible to eat a healthy whole grain breakfast every day.
