@ysmina-- I agree, it's necessary to read reviews. The last bee pollen granules I bought had dried up bees in it. It's not exactly the sight I want to see when I open up a nutritional supplement. I'm never buying from that seller again.

@donasmrs-- It's normal for the granules to have slightly different colors. Each batch can't be the same because it depends on which plants and flowers the bees collected their pollen from. So based on where the bees are located and the season, the color will change.

As for the flavor, I'm not too sure why that would change. I think that all natural, organic bee pollen granules do have a stronger flavor than other types. But this is also the most beneficial pollen supplement because it doesn't have chemicals and pesticides.

I purchased bee pollen granules for the first time a few months ago. I used it all up in this time period by adding one teaspoon to my daily smoothie. The granules tasted fairly good and I couldn't really taste them in the smoothie.

When I ran out, I bought a new bottle which looked the same as my previous bee pollen granules. These granules are a little darker in color but the main difference is the taste. They don't taste good at all.

I don't understand how one bee pollen can taste so different from one another. Is there a way of knowing whether the pollen is a good quality and tastes good beforehand?
