Large African mammals like eland, giraffe, and zebra live in the reserve, and visitors can spot them from the open-sided tour vehicles.

Corporate groups also visit Dikhololo Game Reserve, as the lodge has conference facilities that, individually, can hold up to 350 people at a time.
