Working as an institutional trader is one of the most sought after foreign exchange jobs available. With this type of position, an individual will be in charge of making the trading decisions for a financial institution. This individual will have to be an expert trader because he or she will be in charge of large amounts of money.

Many brokerages will also hire foreign exchange analysts to have on staff. These individuals will research the market and look for trends. Many times, these analysts will issue recommendations to the customers of a brokerage to assist with their trading.

Another one of the more popular foreign exchange jobs is working as a seller of Forex-related products. These individuals may attempt to sell trading strategies or trading software to Forex traders. In order to do this job, one has to know how to trade successfully and understand the sales process.
