I get cramps and soreness in my calves pretty often. I talked to a friends who is a personal trainer and he suggested that I try working out my calves more.

I am a pretty big guy and my top half is a lot bigger than my bottom half. My friend seemed to think that all the weight my weak calves were supporting contributed to the cramps.

I am just getting started on a routine but I have high hopes that it will work. If I can strengthen up my legs while also shedding a few pounds from my midsection I think I will fell a lot better

I used to get random calf cramps all the time and they were really painful. I talked to my doctor about it and he said the the best treatment was just stretching my calf out every day.

Not I have a whole regiment of leg and arm stretches that I do every morning and I have never felt better. The cramps have gone away and my whole body feels limber and loose like I haven't felt since I was a teenager.
