Sitting right at the center of the U.S. state of Delaware, Dover has a population of just over 34,000 and the feel of small town life. The low cost of living, paired with a low percentage of unemployment, make Dover an attractive place for many outsiders wishing to relocate.

Dover has been the capital of Delaware since 1777, a fact that is proudly announced by its citizens at every possible chance.
