@calabama71: I love tuna tetrazzini. It tastes much better than it sounds! It is so simple to make. This is the recipe that I use:
4 oz. spaghetti (broken in pieces), 1 can cream of chicken soup, ½ cup milk, 2 cans tuna (drained), 3 oz. can of mushrooms, 1/3 cup onion (chopped), 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 can green beans (drained).
Cook your spaghetti and drain it. Place it in a mixing bowl. Stir in the soup, milk, tuna, mushrooms, onions, green beans and half of the cheese. Pour that into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with the rest of the shredded cheese and return to the oven until the cheese melts.
I think that you will like it!
