Lincoln Technical Institute has been accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). Because of this accreditation, students are eligible for federal financial aid, including grants and federal loans. The application process for aid is similar to that of a traditional college. Students must complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year, and appropriate loans and grants will be awarded based on the applicants income and need. Approximately 99% of Lincoln Technical Institute students receive some form of financial aid each year.
