Fettuccine noodles are one of my favorite pastas. They are so versatile and so many delicious dishes can be made with them. One of the most famous is the chicken fettuccine alfredo. I am including a very easy recipe for it.
The ingredients are: 6 oz. fettuccine, 1 cup broccoli florets, 2 Tbsp. butter, 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cubed), ½ cu cup milk, ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and ¼ tsp. pepper.
Cook the fettuccine noodles according to the directions on the package. Add the broccoli about five minutes before the noodles are through cooking. Drain well.
In a skillet, heat the butter. Add the chicken and cook until it is brown. Add the soup, milk, cheese, pepper, and fettuccine mixture and cook until done.
