These can keep for hours and offer a very convenient way to add healthy and relatively low-calorie yogurt snacks to a busy schedule.

I bought some strawberry flavored Kefir at the health food store the other day. I didn't really plan to drink this by itself, but to add it to fruit smoothies for some extra nutrition.
