While I've never had avocado juice before, after reading about some of these benefits in the article, it really doesn't surprise me that avocado juice is so beneficial. After all, considering how it's essentially the essence of a fruit, that should be expected.
While it's true that eating a fruit can yield someone with lots of benefits, on the other hand, when someone gets to the core or juice of it, that's where the real potency is.
Also, while I've never tasted avocado juice before, I can imagine that it wouldn't taste too good by itself, which is one of the reasons why it has so many other ingredients in it, such as chocolate. Regardless, that doesn't detract from its benefits. All in all, this article is a very interesting read, and I'm even considering making an avocado smoothie when I get the chance.
