@momothree: Daniel Wayne Smith died when he went to visit his mom and new baby sister in Nassau, Bahamas, on September 10, 2006. Daniel was an extremely shy person, often not wanting to appear on his mother’s television show. He also wanted to be a film producer and had worked on a project with his mother.
Daniel arrived at the hospital late on Saturday September 9, 2007 and stayed with his mother in her hospital room. Anna had tried to wake her son on the morning of September 10, 2006. He was unresponsive, so she called the nurse. After 22 minutes of CPR, he was pronounced dead.
Daniel’s cause of death was a mixture of methadone, an analgesic, Zoloft and Lexapro. At his funeral, Anna had them open the casket and tried to get in it with him. Daniel was laid to rest at New Providence, Bahamas, on October 19, 2006.

@cmsmith10: Anna Nicole Smith was found unresponsive in a hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL, on February 8, 2007. Anna Nicole Smith had become a star when she married J. Howard Marshall a Texas oil tycoon. When Marshall died on August 8, 1995, she was in a lengthy court battle with Marshall’s son over his will.
Smith was considered a “wild child” for many years, but had seemed to settle down in 2006 when she became pregnant. She had always doted on her son Daniel Wayne Smith and was happy to be having another child.
She gave birth to a daughter Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern on September 7, 2007. While Daniel was visiting his sister in the hospital, he passed away. This made Smith extremely depressed and she wanted to be with Daniel.
Her death was a deadly mixture of chloral hydrate, benzodiazepines, Klonopin, Ativan, Serax, Valium, Benadryl and Topamax.
