This can be fatal, so immediate medical aid is necessary. Diarrhea, along with ulcers that don't seem to heal, may signal stomach cancer; this is very rare, but should be ruled out by a doctor.

I have always heard that milk is good for healing ulcers naturally, and that drinking milk is also a good way to prevent ulcers from developing. Now I read that milk causes pain in some people with ulcers. This surprises me, even if the pain is related to a lactose intolerance.
