I ordered a whirlpool bath from a building centre, and when it came, it was the wrong size and shape.I rejected the item and informed the company but they have still not picked it up.
It is now a year later and they are saying as it is a special order they cannot send it back and want me to pay. The original order was for a 1300 x 1300 corner bath, but what arrived was a 1500 x 700 bath.
I've had to store this in a new building which is for dairy processing. Until the item is removed, I cannot start my business as the facilities have to be passed by environmental health. Can I claim storage costs from them?
