Bitter orange is effective at speeding up the metabolic rate in some people, and has no known side effects. Although both of these herbs are considered safe and healthy, dieters should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking these and any other supplements, primarily if they are on additional drugs.

Ephedrine is one example of this type of herb. Others natural weight loss remedies are nothing more than laxatives and all weight loss is due to an increase in bowel movements and water loss. green tea. if I drink green tea 1 or 2 cups a day I get so hungry. it does open my appetite, I did try before meals or after meals, but it does not matter. Could you explain that to me, please?
