Does anyone know how to cold smoke meat at home? I have done a little bit of research but it seems like any smoking operation will require a lot of space, equipment and money, none of which I really have.
I have been smoking meat, hot smoking I guess, for years now. I love to BBQ and have even branched out into the areas of smoked vegetables and fruits. Cold smoking seems like the logical next step. How can I make it work at home?
