All together, people spend about 110 billion minutes visiting social sites each month. The totals represent an increase of almost 25 percent year-over-year.

• More than 13 billion videos are watched each month on YouTube by 135.7 million users — about 96 videos per user.


• Brazil leads the world in social Internet interaction — 86 percent of Brazilian Internet users check out social sites, compared to 74 percent in the US.


• Most Internet videos are watched during working hours, between noon and 2 p.m.
