The material will bulk up as it passes through your system, effectively pushing any residue that is stuck in the colon forward and allowing for elimination from the body. However, be careful to not make use of any type of natural colon cleanser too often. As with laxatives, relying too heavily on these cleansers can lead to dependency rather than promoting good colon health.
