After a brief interview, the sales manager will inform you if you have been hired. In many cases, you will be given a trial employment period in order to determine if you will be a good fit for the sales team. While it is typically a very easy field to get into, remaining a sales consultant is often a difficult task. Typically, you will have to meet several sales quotas and related demands on a regular basis in order to remain on most sales teams.
